Abstract | The International Women's Forum (IWF) is an organisation of 3,000 women leaders from 16 countries and 5 continents. Membership is by invitation only, and its aim is for members to support one another and to expand the prospects of future women leaders through charitable and educational work. IWF's Hong Kong membership includes women such as Anson Chan, Ophelia Cheung, Sally Aw Sian, Selina Chow and Kai Yin Lo, who are strong "centers of influence" in both their career lives and their communities.
