| Abstract | I can give only a worm's eye view of NGO Forum, from deep in the mud of Huairou -- I say mud because the Chinese had not gotten around to laying sidewalk on the Forum grounds and it rained constantly. From the mud, the NGO Forum in Huairou was exhausting, infuriating, rewarding, and fascinating. |
