| Abstract | The author retired as a nurse from a Government Hospital in 1993. After retirement, she became a member as well as a volunteer worker in Comfort Care Concern Group. During the past year, she had been actively involved in direct service including paying visits to the terminally ill patients, escorting them to receive medical treatment, befriending service and bereavement to the family. In this article, she shares her experience in working with two dying patients and their family members. |
