Abstract | Based on the real-time torrential rain and high water level information, the step flood control network can accurately forecast the flow rate of a point or section of a river or a project construction site. In the construction of the step hydropower station system, the China's electric power supply authorities are accelerating their construction of step flood control networks. The step flood control network along the Yuanjiang River in Hunan Province and the Zishui River is a good example. Presently, the electric power supply authorities are speeding up the exploitation of the water resources on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, and the water conservancy authorities are constructing a step flood control network along the Lancangjiang River. This article introduces the network, its characteristics and functions and the equipment required. The inner-network interference and interference resistance are looked into. |
