| Abstract | Telecommunications for water conservancy and flood control (WCFC) are of special importance because generally the switching system and the mobile radio station working for the WCFC operate in harsh environments. This article describes the requirements for the WCFC, radio trunking system, its construction, the connection and roaming among the base stations of the trunking systems. The management and development of the system are also discussed. |
