| Abstract | On 17th April, a foundation stone laying ceremony was held for "The Society of Homes for the Handicapped Rehabilitation Centre" in Yue Kwong Road, Aberdeen. Located in the Southern District of the Hong Kong Island, this Rehabilitation Centre is one of the biggest projects of the Society to provide hostels to mentally and physically handicapped at present. |
