| Abstract | No.7 Signaling System (SS No.7) is the most internationally advanced signaling system for the time being. The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the People's Republic of China (MPT) in 1990 drew up "The Specifications of Signaling System No.7 Used in China's Domestic Telephone Network". Since then, various manufacturers have developed the SS No.7 functions according to the specifications. By May 1995, the MPT had tested the SS No.7 of 9 kinds of SPC telephone switching systems and after the test the SS No.7 systems were put into trial operation. This paper gives a briefing of the test. |
