| Abstract | The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China will provide US$130 million worth of loans for the importation of a new-type communications satellite known as the No. 7 China satellite which will be launched in mid-1996 and will take over the job of the old satellite. Along with the Dongfanghong No. 3 satellite, it will be used to transmit television and broadcasting programs as well as for communications. |
