| Abstract | The long-waited agreement to grant Personal Communications Service (PCS) Licenses in Hong Kong has been announced by the Sino-British Joint Liaison Group (JLG). The agreement grants six 10-year franchises to mobile phone operators. The six operators include Hutchison Telephone Company, Mandarin Communications, New World PCS, P-Plus Communications, Pacific Link Communications, and People's Telephone Company. |
