| Abstract | In line with a circular issued by the State on reinforcing management on Internet, the MPT urged Data Communications Offices of various provinces to strengthen management on ChinaNet subscribers and establish subscribers' files. It is learned that ChinaNet nodes have been installed in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Shenyang. The Data Communications Office of MPT plans to install ChinaNet nodes in all provincial capitals by June 1996. The Data Communications Offices of many provinces are also establishing ChinaNet in their respective provinces. |
