| Abstract | According to a recent provincial video conference on telecom construction sponsored by the Hunan PTA, PT department in the province had invested a total of 2.461 billion RMB yuan in fixed assets in the first half of 1996, fulfilling 49.2% of the planned investment of five billion RMB yuan and 9.2 percentage points higher than the pre-set target of 40%. Hunan's PT fixed assets investment in the first half of 1996 has been marked by a number of basic features in this article. |
