| Abstract | One of the six PCS licensees in Hong Kong, Mandarin Communications has formed a strategic partnership with Nortel who will supply the company with a complete DCS 1800 network valued at HK$426 million. Mandarin expects to launch a network of 200 cell sites within a year and to expand to around 1000 cell sites four to five years after operation. |
