| Abstract | With the operation of 38,000 lines of telephone switching equipment, Hepu county in Guangxi has built up a 54,000-line telephone network which can provide service to both urban and rural area. Hepu's success in combining urban telephone system with that of rural area provided an example for optimizing Guangxi's telecom network in the Ninth Five-Year Plan period. |
