AbstractSince the level of teachers' knowledge of and participation in school administration will surely affect the changes in school's organization behaviour which will subsequently promote the quality of school and education. It is thus worth studying the relationship between the new system of "School Management Initiative" and school development and teachers' professional developments. The analysis by the authors is provided in this article.
