| Abstract | In early February 1996, the Education Department had invited from Australia Dr Brian Caldwell and Mr Jim Spinks, a principal, to conduct a series of workshops and seminars in respect of the School Management Initiative (SMI) scheme. They analyzed and gave feedback to the questions raised by the participants. Some of the issues which most participants concern about and the possible solutions suggested by Dr Caldwell and Mr Spinks are provided in this article. |
