| Abstract | We are living in a highly competitive environment that requires us to apply negotiation skills tactfully to gain advantages. Negotiations happen everywhere, and at any time. Negotiation may be different from bargaining. Negotiation may not always aim at reaching a compromise where each party gives up something in return for an agreement. Modern management aims for a win/win relationship rather than a win/lose one. The author would like to share some useful tactics that may make negotiation work well for you. |
