| Abstract | To be an entertaining trainer takes more than a one-day course. We need much practice and modification before we can develop a suitable style for ourselves. Finally, while to be entertaining is important , making trainees really inspired and able to apply what you have taught is the most important thing. Everybody likes fun, but if the trainees only remember the laughs but forget the main theme and concepts, we will indeed be clowns, not trainers. |
