| Abstract | With regard to the first activity held on 20th October 1995, 31 representatives from the major sponsoring bodies and school councils visited 2 School Management Initiative (SMI) schools, aiming at giving the representatives some first hand knowledge of the effects of the SMI Scheme. The representatives also shared their views and experience in implementing the SMI with supervisors, managers, principals, teachers, parents and students of both schools. |
