| Abstract | The School Management Committee (SMC) of Po Leung Kuk Centenary School has all along supported the spirit of the School Management Initiative (SMI), with the hope of achieving greater autonomy for the school and enhancing teachers' involvement in the decision-making process and administration of the school. It is also hoped that through the introduction of professional management in the field of education, teachers' professional development will be enhanced and the administration of the school will become better as well as more systematic. |
