| Abstract | In the midst of a forest of residential tower blocks, the new primary school for Area 2, Tsuen Wan, promises to provide architectural relief as well as academic knowledge. The school, due to complete in September 1997, was required to be cost effective and economical to run. Low cost materials, such as spray paint and tile, were used in innovative ways to produce a stimulating environment for learning. |
