| Abstract | There's a vast choice when it comes to deciding how best to keep hotels clean. Housekeeping staff are confronted by an enormous choice in different items of cleaning equipment and agents. Like most hotels of the size of Marco Polo Hong Kong, purchasing is done in consultation with exec housekeeper, Sammy Chan, and the purchasing manager. The Omni group, which owns two large hotels nearby, does not centralise buying. |
