| Abstract | Dali's in Wanchai aspires to be an elegant place to lunch, a comfortable bar offering good food in the evening, and a place to dance at night. Andrew Scattergood of Damask, the project interior designer, was able to place his charge in the Wanchai market with pinpoint accuracy so that it complements, rather than competes, with its neighbours. He notes that all the other bars in Wanchai have vaguely nostalgic theming and wanted Dali's to be "contemporary, bright and clean". |
