| Abstract | The re-location of San Miguel Brewery from Sham Tseng initiated a wide-ranging self-analysis and re-organisation of the company. As part of this, it was decided to house administrative functions separately from the brewery and a little closer to Hong Kong. Approximately 2,000 square meters was acquired on one level at CityMark Plaza, close to Tate's Cairn Tunnel in Shatin. APS were again responsible for design, this time with project management by EC Harris. The architecture and interior design of San Miguel Brewery and office are featured in this article. |
