| Abstract | To facilitate the implementation of the School Management Initiative (SMI) in its affiliated schools, such as Ho Dao College and Ho Ngai Prevocational School, Sik Sik Yuen created the post of Education Secretary. It also set up the Educational Services Co-ordination Office to assist the school management committees in taking up additional responsibilities, while the work on the school level remained to be responsible by the schools themselves. The Principal of Ho Dao College expresses his view on SMI. |
