| Abstract | The Formosa Plastics Group and the Ministry of Economic Affairs appear to have agreed on a number of issues that have prevented FPG from moving ahead with construction of the petrochemical complex its plans to bulid at Mailiao. They are said to have reached consensus on seven of ten major areas of disagreement, and to be nearing agreement on the others. |
