| Abstract | A comprehensive medical report for the referring family physician is always desirable. This applies to senior and junior consultants alike. A patient should have the right to know that his specialist consultant has taken the time to truly understand his condition. A family physician should have the right to be properly updated by the specialist consultant in that specific area of consultation. This article discusses the proper relationship between a specialist consultant and a family physician. |
