| Abstract | This article summarizes the Hong Kong Environmental Law Association's (HKELA) consolidated comments on the Waste Reduction Study recommended by the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) of the Hong Kong Government. Three major problems which are believed to undermine the effectiveness of the proposed waste reduction strategy and their possible solutions are also discussed in this article. |
