Abstract | The Asian regional workshop was organised by The University of Hong Kong's Centre of Urban Planning & Environmental Management and the Faculty of Law and by the Centre For International Environmental Law, Washington, DC, with the primary goal to identify key features of the Asian context for environmental management and based on these findings, to develop practical recommendations for the design of enviromental laws and a consensus was reached on a number of crucial considerations. The selected preliminary recommendations and findings are provided in this article. |
