Abstract | A report released by the Quality Standard Inspection Bureau in October 1995 shows the up-to-standard proportion of polyester staple output in the country as 81.8%, 0.3% down from the 1991 level. But only 15.6% met the "excellent" standard, down by 16.5%, and the up-to-standard proportion from the rural chemical fibre plants was only 12.5%. |
