| Abstract | In recent months officials of the China National Textile Council toured 11 major textile cities in Jiangsu, Shandong, Shanxi, Gansu and Qinghai to study the problem of redundant textile workers. Similar study and inspection tours were conducted in Tianjin, Heilongjiang, Hunan and Shenyang by officials from each region's Bureau of Textile Industry. |
