| Abstract | Officials from the provincial bureau of textile industry toured the three factories with great losses in Zhengzhou city of Henan, China, and studied their problems. New managers were appointed, then the factories were made to push production and promote sales. By March 1995 there was obvious improvement with more orders coming in. The secret appeared to lie in active and efficient management and marketing effort. |
