| Abstract | One good thing about CITME is that you can get to see more heavy equipment than at most shows other than ITMA. This stems from the fact that so many makers of heavy machinery today are Chinese and have no problems despatching warpers and sizers to Beijing. Other Asian shows have no such "hinterland", and one cannot imagine shows in Jakarta, Bangkok or Hong Kong housing heavy equipment even if they received any. So CITME does have a useful role to play even for visitors other than Chinese mill men. However, the first unit to be discussed is far from being heavy. |
