| Abstract | During November 1994 the Cord Fabrics Committee organised by the chemical fibre plants held a conference in Pingdingshan to discuss market conditions, output and sales, financial policy and related topics. The conference agreed that 1995 would be a year of trial for the cord fabrics producers, and that control should be imposed to adjust the output to market conditions. |
