| Abstract | Breakthrough, one of the largest voluntary youth organisation in Hong Kong, has launched the territory's first Chinese-language interactive on-line magazine about cyberculture. Called X-Issue, it offers an interactive environment where readers can participate and contribute to the production of the magazine. It also encourages the expression of creative ideas and opinions on computer, personal and social issues. |
