| Abstract | On 18 March 1996, the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") announced that it has suspended the registration of Mr. John Chau Yiu Ting (Chau") as a secuities dealer's representative for a period of 2 weeks with effect from 18 March 1996. The suspension is in relation to Chau's conduct whilst he was a dealer's representative of Infast Brokerage Limited ("Infast Brokerage"). |
