| Abstract | Like many cities in China over the last few years, Heshan is a city in waiting. It's waiting for money supply to increase, for investment flows to strengthen and for buyers to settle into more of the handsome villas that were begun in slightly more hopeful times. And becuase it is not as developed as other cities in Guangdong province, it is also waiting for completion of new highways and bridges that will better connect it and potential investors to other parts of southern China. |
