| Abstract | To help promote the standards of local design, the Hongkong Designers Association (HKDA) hosts a biennial awards competition, this year entitled Design '94. In August 1994, the judges were making their choices from over 1,200 entries. The high number of entries indicates not only the standing of the association among designers, but also the importance that commercial design has played in the success story that is called Hong Kong. |
