| Abstract | Two hundred and eighty-seven firms (33.8%) urged improvement in laws, regulations and policies whereas 159 firms (18.7%) thought that a clearer and healthier tax system was important. Other recommendations included combating corruption; improving transportation and communications; increasing administrative efficiency; investing more in infrastructure development; and strengthening law enforcement. |
