| Abstract | Among the 850 firms who participated in the survey, 528 (62.1%) had invested in China. This was higher than the overall investment rate of 57.4% in the Federation of Hong Kong Industries' 1993 survey. Another 78 firms (9.2%) were planning to invest in China. The remaining 244 firms (28.7%) did not have any investment in China. |
