Barely had he touched down at Kai Tak on January 1 to begin a three-year contract, when he was whisked off with the company on tour to Guangzhou to perform The Nutcracker. He says he is well aware that a change of director always generates a certain excitement and a certain fear in a company and says his main task will be to boost dancers' confidence. |
