Abstract | Ma Belle chose to target this group of young consumers and its shops, called Ma Belle Jewelry Boutique, have a different design. Good design and in-store atmosphere were the most important factors young consumers looked for when they shopped for jewellery. General manager of Ma Belle, Joann Chan, explains how the company coordinates its in-store and window displays, packaging, lighting, advertising and marketing to produce an atmosphere and image to attract the young consumers. |
