AbstractMajor differences in motivation are emerging among the advertising workforce in China, ranging from monetary incentives in Shanghai to job security in Beijing. Ms Kiki Yau, Hong Kong and China director of the recruitment firm Morgan & Banks, said there were distinct differences in culture in the three major cities of Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
