| Abstract | Under section s39(2)(b) and 73 of the Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading Ordinance (Cap 451), the Commission is empowered to make rules prescribing the types of calls which are permissible under section 39 of the Ordinance. These rules are made under sections 39(2)(b) and 73 of the Ordinance in connection with calls made by authorized institutions. |
