| Abstract | The Chinese Government has been adopting the tightened credit and financial policy for two years now and there is still no sign of loosing up the current control. Many property projects are either delayed or postponed indefinitely. The cash flows of some of the stated-owned enterprises are tighter than ever and might even face the ultimate destiny of bankruptcy; not so for projects which have to do with the chain store and franchise business! |
