| Abstract | With a record participation of voters, candidates, polling staff and many electioneering helpers from all walks of life, the recent District Board and Municipal Council elections were, in many respects, huge success: a spontaneous mobilisation of civic efforts for a worthy cause. While all these are behind us now, the recent elections were just a prelude to what is to come. The Legislative Council elections will be held on Sunday, 17 September. |
