| Abstract | Credit and charge cards in Hongkong are now becoming almost de rigueur to the point where it is now inconvenient not to have one of them, if not more, L/C lodged in one's wallet. Indeed, not so long ago, one had "arrived" if one could show a credit card. It is of course possible to get by without them - and many people do - but there's no denying the advantages fo having one of the plastic cards. |
