| Abstract | China opened up 55 new air routes just last year, according to the Civil Aviation Administration of China. That actually constituted a slowdown. It was 63 the year before. Today, the total corridor count is over 700. Most routes criss-cross the country, some opening up short intercity Fokker shuttles to relieve transport congestion on the ground. |
