| Abstract | Degenerative arthritis of the knee is a common musculo-skeletal disorder among the Chinese. To address the basic pathology on articular cartilage degeneration with associative pathological changes that may lead to mechanical block, synovial irritation and effusion, a 'miniaturized house cleaning' arthroscopic procedure is introduced. |
