| Abstract | Nowadays, both the Hong Kong Society and the situations faced by the public are becoming more complicated. To response to the various needs of society, voluntary agencies and the government provide different kinds of social welfare services. Some of them, through hotline enquiry services, provide the public with information on social services, refer their cases to suitable service units, or even provide immediate counselling service. |
