| Abstract | The Government's proposal on Compulsory Old Age Pension Scheme aroused a great response from society. On December 23, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service held a press conference to state it's position and comments on the scheme. Mr. Hui Yin-Fat, Director of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, Dr. Raymond Ngan and Dr. Sammy Chiu, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Council's Committee on Social Security were present in the event.
